Stairs at Swamis Beach Empty Aerial

The legendary staircase at Swamis Beach in Encinitas completely empty during the Coronavirus Pandemic of 2020 in a Black and White aerial photo.  Normally this staircase has a constant flow of beach goers and surfers from sunrise to sunset but on this day it was completely empty.
