Simmons Reef Silhouette

Simmons Reef Silhouette was photographed in La Jolla, California in the late afternoon on Dec 23rd, 1999.   I saw this guy walking out along the reef and that he was going to walk directly through the light of the sun.  I only had the opportunity to click off 3 images and this was the 2nd in the sequence.  I never did find out who this surfer was.
